Yes: Hepatitis c can be spread by small amounts of blood. So, it is important not to share razors, toothbrushes, nail clippers, etc. If someone with hepatitis c gets a cut, they need to clean any spills with bleach. But, most contact like hugging, kissing, sharing dishes, and changing diapers will not transmit hepatitis c. Hetero sex with a monogamous partner also has a low risk of transmission.
