Yes: True sinus infections can cause eye problems, whether from pressure effect ("pushing" on the structures of the eye) or worst case scenario, by eroding into the orbit (or eye socket). If you have significant eye problems with a suspected or proven sinus infection, you need to see your doctor to be evaluated.
