No: Blinking is involuntary and is the eyes way of cleaning itself out and allowing clear vision. What do you mean by not blinking hardly at all. You simply cannot avoid blinking as the eyes will do this even if you try and stop it. If you compare yourself to others, i would bet that you blink close to the normal rate.
