Below: When performing a hysterosalpingogram (hsg), we infuse the uterus and fallopian tubes with fluid. This fluid could slowly leak out via the vagina, simulating discharge. This should get better within one day. If the discharge continues to worsen over a day or is accompanied by fever or pain, then this could represent an infection, and medical treatment should be sought.
