A member asked:

Are there any other over-the-counter drugs which work like oxybutynin?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Something close..: There isn't any med that works like Oxybutynin that is available otc, but meds such as diphenhydramine/meclizine/dexbromphiramine etc..Can have similar (but less potent) effects on the bladder muscles. Thus use of these meds may reduce the urgency/frequency of urination problem which is more frequently treated with oxybutynin/tolterodine/solifenacin etc...Consult doc if u have problem. Good luck.
