If i have adhesions once, will they ever go away?

No: Not really but they may not bother you as most people with adhesions don't have any symptoms.

Unlikely: I am thinking abdominal some will harden-fibrosis scar tissue some few may dwindle and become filmy most stay and do not cause trouble again if there is new inflammation or new surgery then new adhesions may form.
