Yes: In order to get pregnant you must ovulate and this is controlled by pituitary hormones. Certain pituitary tumors, particularly those producing prolactin and many large tumors inhibit ovulation. Treatment of prolactin producing tumors generally restores the ability to get pregnant. If you are not menstruating it is unlikely that you cn get pregnant but occassional ovulation is possible.L.

Yes, but: It is possible, but it depends upon the type of tumor and whether it's done any damage to the normal pituitary. If your thyroid and adrenal function are normal, and your prolactin is normal (or treated w/cabergoline to normal), it depends whether there was any damage to hormone controlling menses and fertility. If periods are regular that's a good sign.
