Uncommon but possibl: Uncommon but possible. Depends upon the size and location of the tumor.

Not likely: By the time a pituitary tumor based on size alone started to affect your memory it would have to be big enough that it would be causing many other problems including vision and hormonal changes. Significant hormonal changes can in some cases have an affect on your memory but they would b correctable usually if blood tests were monitoring.

Possibly: It's usually not the first symptom, but if the tumor becomes large it may press on parts of the brain and cause problems with memory. Other symptoms caused by the size of the tumor include headache, dizziness, numbness, and vision changes.
