Depends: Tunnel vision is a condition where you have difficulty seeing objects at the edges of the normal field of vision. Tunnel vision can be caused by a variety of medical conditions, in which case it usually cannot be reversed. Altitude sickness and very high accelerations lasting for more than one second can cause a temporary case of tunnel vision in pilots.
