Yes: Try to figure out what foods or ingredients that may be causing this and either remove them from your diet or simply taking a zyrtec or Claritin (loratadine) may help out. It may also be eustachian tube dysfunction.

Unlikely: Ear pressure is not a typical symptom of a food allergy. I would recommend evaluation for other causes such as environmental allergies or other ENT causes.

Inhaled allergy: Allergy to inhaled pollen, dust, mold or pets can cause ear fluid build up behind the ear drum, also called serous otitis media (som). Som could lead to infection of the ear and hearing loss. Food allergy can cause som but usually som is not due to food allergy.
