Few if any: However, calcium, which is really a mineral, not a vitamin, can frequently cause constipation. If calcium is needed, take it with magnesium which can offset the constipation. Most people benefit from taking half as much magnesium as they do calcium. Do not take magnesium if you have moderate to severe kidney failure.
