Globus sensation: Very common. May be dryness, sleeping with mouth open, hypersensitivity of the mucous membranes. Must consider reflux (lpr) and cannot ignore possible stress/anxiety related issues.

Several: Most common in adults: silent reflux. Other possibilities: chronic tonsillitis, vocal cord nodules, enlarged thyroid, enlarged neck glands, diverticulum. See your doctor and they can do an exam to look for these causes and more.
