Can you explain transmyocardial laser revascularization?

Yes: Several transmural perforations are created into the left ventricle with the appropiate laser. Once the laser beam reaches the ventricular cavity the energy is completely absorbed by oxyhemoglobin thus halting further penetration. Some of those transmural channels prevail open from the ventricular cavity to the myocardial wall supplying muscle on systole like in snake heart rather than in diastole.
