Blepharospasm: Often transient phenomenon occurring randomly for a while then disappears may worsen with autonomic arousal. Occasionally can persist and even involve both eyes with painful or forceful spasm in response to bright lights or stress. Rarely could indicate underlying neurologic disorder such as ms or mass effect. If it persists, worsens, spreads or becomes associated with other symptoms seek doc.
