Both: Depends upon your needs. Eyeglasses are handy as they can be taken off, and they also provide a protective barrier in front of the eyes. Contacts do not fog up, are comfortable if fit well and end the annoyance of dealing with eyeglasses. It is a personal choice and not a medical choice.
