Should i be concerned that my baby always spits up?

No: Many babies spit up normally in the first 4 months, even with every feeding. If you feel your baby is not growing well, is uncomfortable when spitting up, or appears sick, they need to be examined.

Yes: If your child is not uncomfortable and is thriving we don't worry about reflux. These babies are called "happy spitters" and their spitting is just a nuisance.
