See your lung doctor: You want to visit a lung doctor who specializes in "interstitial lung disease". This disease is sometimes associated with other immune disorders such as lymphoma or HIV or autoimmune diseases such as lupus. When it occurs by itself it can be the firts sign of one of these disease i just listed or it can be fairly benign and non progressing as a lung disorder.
