Every day: Estradiol plus estriol in a cream is generally called bi-est. It is part of what a lot of docs use when they are treating you with bioidentical hormones.

For 23 years: This is a compounded formulation used for hormone replacement. This avoids estrone, the third human estrogen, which is probably the estrogen that raises risks of estrogen dependent cancers in women. Estradiol is the ovarian hormone that rises with ovulation and estriol is the hormone produced in large quantities during pregnancy.
