YES: Histamine is the same what is different is what receptor it binds to and the subsequenst actions of that receptor in the cell.

Yes, receptors not: What is different are the receptors for hisramine. H1 produce the nasal allergies, itching and hives. H2 produce acid secretions in the stomach, leading to gastritis. There is also h3 and h4, with other effects including brain.
