Shortness of Breath: While a lot of times patient with severe aortic insufficiency have shortness of breath or possibly chest pain or dizziness, very frequently they do not have any symptoms until their disease has caused damage to the ventricle and it is possibly too late for them to have a valve replacement it is very important therefore for patient with this condition to be followed by a cardiologist regularly.
