Repeat test: Sometimes an initial test won't be positive in early pregnancy and there are other causes for not having a period and having seemingly pregnancy related symptoms. The best thing to do, as long as you are not having any concerning symptoms, is to wait a few days and test using your first morning urine when pregnancy hormones are higher. See your doctor if any other questions to look for other cause.
