No: These are separate issues. Bipolar disorder has to do with severe mood relates problems. Somatoform disorder is often associated with depression but it primarily has to do with an unreasonable focus and concern about specific somatic complaints.

Somatoform/Bipolar: Nope. Bipolar is mood disorder, while Somatoform disorder is a psychosomatic disorder.
