Temporarily: Pain with an erection shortly after a catheter was used/removed is not uncommon. It should only be a cause of concern if it doesn't resolve within a week, or if it is severe pain. It would be useful to know why the catheter was used in the first place as the problem may be due to the underlying issue for which the catheter was placed.
