Need more info.: Could be many things. Anxiety/panic, reaction to a allergy medication (decongestant), hyperthyroidism. Would need more info. Depends on your age, risk factors etc. Could be a cardiac dysrhythmia (such as atrial fibrillation). Not knowing anything besides those symptoms, i would advise you to get evaluated immediately. If you have a measured rapid heart rate is 120 at rest you should go to er.
