Prominent brow ridges, could be a genetic thing?

Yes: That can run in families. If it bothers you it can be shaved down with cosmetic surgery.

Definitely: There is definitely a genetic component to brow shape. Depending upon the actual shape of the area that concerns you this can be camouflaged with a filler injected in the office or shaved down as dr. Sherris recommended. If you go that route seek a facial plastic surgeon with alot of experience with that procedure. It is possible to cause numbness or other contour deformities.
