Sensitivity?: You maybe sensitive to the "other" ingredients. Or you may be applying the moisturizer on dry skin-therefore irritating the surface. Always wet the skin with cool/tepid water-pat dry and apply the moisturizer. This "soak and seal" technique is essential for eczema/atopic dermatitis.
