Be careful: I'm not aware of anything that has been proven safe or effective. Suppliments have been excepted from fda scrutiny as long as it is labeled "not designed to treat any medical condition" this is a dangeous cop out by the congress. There have been reports of many otc suppliments coming from china that actually contain meds like viagra (sildenafil) without labeling. Talk with your pcp about your problem.
