Fresh produce: Veer to the fresh produce aisle and avoid the beautiful packaged foods which is mostly processed junk food. Fill your basket with fruit and vegetables of different colors. Different colors mean different antioxidants and a variety of nutrients. Avoid consuming anything which only feels great while in your mouth but makes you si, uncomfortable and even guilt ridden upon landing in your stomach.
