What is the treatment for senior people with myeloma?

Medication: Define to me- senior people? Treatment will depend on whether the person is a transplant candidate or not. The age cut off would be 70 year old- but also will depend on the overall condition/other medical problems and preference. If not eligible for tansplant-treatment would be combination of 2 or 3 medications ( biological agent, steroids and plus minus chemo ) mainly then +/- maintainanace.
