Not enough info: If you are asking if someone had a germ cell tumor as a child will it affect their fertility later in life then the answer is probably not unless they had chemo or radiation that was known to affect ovarian function. If you are asking if they are pregnant and have a tumor now then the answer is going to depend on each patients individual situation.
