Problem if symptoms: Low blood pressure is not usually a clinical problem unless accompanied by symptoms like faintness, dizziness or impaired levels of consciousness. There are some hormonal and rare structural vascular problems that may cause abnormally low blood pressures. But, if no symptoms, i would not worry, especially since I have found lower blood pressures to be a marker of longevity.

Depends on symptoms: Low blood pressure in general is desirable.
