Defibrillator: Absolutely! laser tag does not involve high intensity radio waves. It takes a very high intensity source to confuse or interfere with an aicd. Examples are welding generators and engine induction systems (hanging over a running car engine). Microwave if you decide to crawl into it etc... Enjoy life!

Yes: There would be no interference with your device from a laser. Also it's good exercise! talk to your doctor to be sure it's ok to get your heart rate up and to help you avoid inappropriate shocks by confirming your device programming.
