Thigh pain: Many possible causes, most likely is the so called "ilio tibial band syndrome" due to very tight ilio tibial band.Other causes could be hip joint pathology, trochanteris bursitis, could be to compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve and of course bone pathology as well.Characteristics of the pain will guide into making a proper diagnosis.
