Yes, but: Watch out for your stomach. Colchicine can cause diarrhea, Norco can cause nausea, and Indocin (indomethacin) can cause heartburn and ulcers.

Yes: You can...The drugs do not interact. I would question why you would need all three drugs. Usually even the worst attack of gout is treatable with indocin, (indomethacin) acutely.
