A member asked:

Which plants absorb volatile organic compounds (vocs)?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Please be careful: Nature is full of her own volatile organic compounds, some of which are actually produced by plants -- even to communicate, or so we think. Some synthetic small molecules with low vaporizing temperatures are classed as pollutants in the VOC category. If you are persuaded that these are causing your ill-health, as some cultists say, you'll probably never feel well again. Plants won't clear them.
