Families who eat: Together at least 3-4 times/week benefit in many ways. Can increase trust, communication, build healthier & stronger relationships. Parents have the opportunity to show children they are the priority. Sharing meals provides a space parents can find out find out more about children's tastes, what they like, dislike, and everyday life. Having this info helps direct their kids toward positive things.
