Can i get health insurance just in case there is a crisis?

Yes.: These are called catastrophic health insurance plans and usually carry a very high deductible. You'll be paying more out of pocket for basic clinic visits, but your monthly premium will be lower and if something really bad happens (i.e. - your medical care goes into the tens of thousands of dollars), you'll have insurance to help out with it.
