A member asked:

What allergic reactions could my child get if he gets stung by a yellow jacket?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yellow jacket sting: Yellow jacket sting can cause localised reaction with refness, burning, pain and itching and sometoimnes infectioin sets in. But this is less worrisome than the systemic reaction one can get with breathign difficulty, tongue swelling and in sever cases airway obstruction. If u know u have allergic reacctin before, you should always carry an epi-pen with you when u go outdoors.
