Lots of stuff: Most basic first aid kits have ointment, bandages, gauze, ibuprofen, scissors, tape, instant cold pack, instant heat pack, alcohol rub. You can of course personalize the kit for any medical ailments that you have such as asthma inhaler, Epinephrine pen for bee stings, etc.
