Yes: In both men & women, testosterone therapy in excess can increase risk of aggression. Typically, if someone is good-natured, testosterone in excess won't change their temperament. But in those who are already nasty to begin with, it's been said that too much testosterone can make their disposition worse. Notice i didn't list a specific level as everyone has an individual threshold.
