Fine: Unless there is a complication, you should feel fine. At worst, there could be some muscle soreness but that usually is not the case.

Fine & Fatigue: In general (if there are no complications) they feel fine but sometimes they feel fatigue or 'drained' - transiently - because sometimes they have had a fast heart rate for some time.
