Limited: Due to the pregnancy, labs, 2 echo and holter would be first studies ordered. 30day event recorder may be needed if symptoms are intermittant. Really can't do stress testing or tilt table tests. She needs to stay hydrated , dont get up too quickly, eat regularly, get plenty of sleep, support socks. BP should be taken with pt lying then sitting then standing to see if BP drops severly or becomes symp.
