Yes!: Much interesting research finally being done. Certainly seems this 1/3 of our lives is important, no;essential. I suggest you start a dream diary using either writing or recording these 3 things upon awakening: i)how you feel emotionally, though fleeting; 2) narrative of dream 3) emotionally meaningful event in last 24 to 48 hrs. Then later that day, impact as personal poem. Themes will emerge.
