Medical boards: State medical boards, national certifying/accrediting bodies, local hospitals and medical staffs define "good doctor" in the professional sense. They look at data based on knowledge skills and attitude. Patients define "good doctor" in a separate, individual but no less important sense. What does good doctor mean to you?
