Prevent it first!: That having been said, i don't know what part of your body has poor circulation: hands, feet? If it is legs, exercise (regular cardio-type is best) is most important. If general poor circulation, you may need to r/o several medical conditions with many inbetween, from low thyroid, to anticardiolipin antibodies. Good exam is most important!

A bit vague: Are u talking claudication? Cardiac ? More info needed. In general , exercise, dont smoke, good controll of your weight, suger, cholesterol, and compliance with your medications are paramount in improving your circulation.
