Sicca syndrome: Usually the first symptoms are a dry mouth and the perception of dry eyes. Fatigue and cognitive dysfunction are the most common extraglandular problems. All wter producing glands are affected. The ability to perspire will diminish. Constipation can occur. Some patient do get vasculitis and or renal issues, most commonly nephrotic sydrome. Raynaud's can occur.
