Avoid your triggers: Rosacea, unfortunately is a problem with no easy answers. You can help by avoiding sun, spicy foods, wine, chocolate or anything that causes the flushing of rosacea. To sooth your skin, cool green tea compresses works wonders. Aside from prescription meds, you can also try dilute vinegar compresses to decrease the surface bacteria that cause the acne of rosacea. Use a great sunscreen as well.
