How do i handle my feelings of guilt for not breastfeeding?

Understand: Breast feeding is not the only way to feed babies and there should be no guilt about deciding which is best for you. Its more important to resolve the problem in your mind because bonding is the most important thing. Your baby will do fine either way as long as there is love and good bonding.

Deciding not to: breastfeed might be the option that works best in your life. It doesn't make you a bad mother. Please don't judge yourself harshly.
