Infection?: Even though you may not have an "infection", the skin of the penis can react to organisms in the vagina that are normally there. Most commonly is yeast. Inflammation can cause the skin to swell, itch, develop a rash etc. You might want to try and OTC anti-fungal medication or consult your Gynecologist. He may want to also treat the skin of his penis prior to sexual intercourse.
