Ovarian cyst: Sounds like an ovarian cyst. This is likely causing the symptoms. It can be associated with the hormonal imbalance. Probably worth seeing your doctor.
Dr. Donald Colantino

Gynecologist: I feel that a gynecological surgeon is best qualified to evaluate and advise you as I am concerned about right pelvic/ovarian pathology. He/she will perform a thorough examination and order the appropriate tests in order to make a diagnosis.

See a gynecologist: for a detailed history and physical exam. This may be a serious issue and should be addressed as such.
